Make a Difference with Your Swing: Join the Annual PGA of BC Golfathon for ALS!

Get ready for an unforgettable experience as PGA of BC golf facilities and their passionate professionals unite for the annual PGA of BC Golfathon for ALS fundraisers, proudly presented by Pacific Blue Cross Foundation!

This annual event is a powerful testament to the unity and generosity of PGA of BC’s golfing community. Picture this: professionals from your facility stepping up to play as many rounds as possible, in solidarity with ALS patients. It’s more than just a game; it’s a heartfelt tribute to those battling ALS, demonstrating our collective strength and compassion.

By participating in the annual PGA of BC Golfathon for ALS, you’re showcasing your golfing prowess and making a real impact. Every swing and every donation received directly supports ALS patients and their families in the BC and the Yukon. Over the past 20 years, the PGA of BC Golfathon for ALS has raised more than $3 million dollars! By registering your facility for the annual event, you’re not just adding your name to the roster; you’re becoming part of a movement that embodies the spirit of giving back. Plus, it’s an excellent opportunity to show your community that the PGA of BC stands for more than golf – it stands for compassion and making a difference.

Participating is Both Simple and Rewarding:

To commemorate 20 years of excellence, the ALS Society of BC is eager to make its 2025 campaign the largest yet. Traditionally, Golfathons have been conducted in June during "ALS Awareness Month" but understanding the difficulties of golf course access in a month dominated with events, there is flexibility to conduct your Golfathon in May, July or August. And understanding the value of time, all-day/all-night events are not necessarily the standard – your support and awareness can be shown with just a simple round or two.

Taking part is simple - choose any day to conduct your event, and the ALS Society of BC will coordinate the rest, including welcome packages, tax receipting, building a dedicated fundraising page, multimedia campaign with GlobalTV, and pre/post media outreach to your local community highlighting your efforts.

Let's unite together, tee off, and make a meaningful impact on and off the green at this year's PGA of BC Golfathon for ALS. We thank you in advance for your support!
